Dita999 > Tuesday March 20th 2008 ~ We are saying BYE to my camera it is going to a good home (Raelienes) and this is probably one of the last fotos I will take with it well thats not quite true BUT it is leaving us to Rails at the end of the week so I will take a few more pics with it wheather they end up here who knows BUT THIS ONE IS straight out of the camera I was out the front this arvo while Daniel was at the door crying Mummmy Mummy even tho I was LESS then a foot away from him (YUP its like that at the moment we are very clingy as well as very whingy) and this rose had some lovely light on it so I took a couple of pics TRIED NOT to rush it but was hard when little Mr is having a litter of kittens cos I am not right there within a millimetre of him I can't win anyways Hope you like this one as much as me SOOC how PROUD am I (bursting thats how proud) NOW if I can just get Daniel to do what I think he should or at the least let me go to the toilet ALONE life would be PERFECT
Dita999 > Thursday May 1st 2008 ~ Pinch and a puch for the first day of the month - Ok I know I have missed a day BUT organised me (yeah right) HAS taken a photo every day (that much IS right) even though I have been helping out with the foster kids from6;30am til 9pm every day in fact I have taken over 500 pics in the last 3 days mostly of kids but other stuff too SO I will add the day I missed But as you know this is Daniel and I took this one when we where down stairs trying to wear out the bigger kids (but I think they wore us out more so plan kinda backfired.... meh-live and learn) anyway Daniel had a ball watching us all and then joined in as much as you can when you are 10 months old Anyways I will fill you in on all the interesting stuff tomorrow when I play catch up with my missed day (don't let the suspense kill ya - kidding) BTW I shall catch up my comments tommorrow too :) Til then be good
Dita999 > Wednesday 16th April 2008 ~ Okay this wasn't taken today BUT I have been taking a photo a day but today I got nothin you would wanna see and nothing I would inflict on you in good conscience so with that said here we are with a photo of our only walk bridge over the Brisbane River They call it The Goodwill Bridge I couldn't guess why They have taken the trouble to put in several decks That are un obscured by th design of the bridge that you can stand on and take quite good pics without having half a bridge in your shot quite considerate of them I thought obviously I wasn't standing on one when I took this photo (but I wanted the bridge - thats my story anyway) its actually A LOT bigger than it appears in this pic but this is the major part of the design which I don't find particually attractive But each to there own taste - Again I shall finish my raving here and say seeya tomorrow Til Then Have an excellent day behind your cameras
Dita999 > Monday April 28th 2008 ~ Well another day another sunset Mum took me down to the Point on sunset again I actually had a better time today I took 50ish photos in about the same time frame but the majority of them where of the same thing with different settings to see what worked better and I gotta say I got a quite a few that I am really happy with YAY 4 ME ... Thanks to John and Dave and Ivar for really good advice Thanks Guys :) ... Well I gotta go dishes and Daniels bottles are calling me (very loudly too)...The whole ignore it and it will go away theory doesn't seem to apply with chores...Well B ceeing you's all tommorrow I am going to go help with the foster kids again I am doing it 3 days a week now - we are attempting to shop with them all tomorrow LUCKY ME - I'll let you know how it goes :)
Dita999 > 16th March 2008 ~ Aussie kids love these they catch them when the peices are blowing in the breeze and make wishes on them (I am 29 and have been known to as well) or if they where to come across one of these before its had a chance to blow of on its own they would help it on its way making as many wishes as they could before the very last piece blew away they are a lot of fun
Dita999 > 22nd March 2008 ~ "EASTER SATURDAY" - This is my first ever attempt at night photography one of 14 photo's I took last night Mum and I went down to the Victoria Point Jetty (u guessed it 5mins from home) this is where the water taxi pull up top take you to Coochiemudlo Island(aka Coochie) ..It costs $2 to go there for the day or you can walk over in a particularly low tide Its a pretty small island about 5km across the middle but lots of people live there and its a great place to spend the day .Well Happy Easter all :)
Dita999 > 21st March 2008 ~ "GOOD FRIDAY" ... About 10 mins from my house in most directions is different beaches bays and mangroves (lots of mangroves) Hence the fact Mumma and I are forever doing the boat photo thing. This pic is more of a very cool tree ( I thought) down at Rocky Passage which is mostly mud mangroves and crabs but pretty in its own mangroovy way like the swimming pool ladder against the tree wondered if it was for hightide Happy Easter Everyone and thank you for your kind wishes for Daniel poor little bugger is very sick still (I forget what sleep actually feels like and my arms have lost all feeling for constantly holding him...But he's worth the sleep deprivation (which is a form of torture in some places) and if I change my mind well there is a black market call for bubba's (I AM KIDDING ) Happy Easter see ya t'morrow
Dita999 > Wednesday 7th May ~ This is one taken the same day as the one Mum helped me with the Post on last week from Manly Marina - I wanted to try a post by myself and wanted to see if oilpainting worked as well on sunsets etc what do you reckon Me I am undecided - But I am still sulking over the photographic afflictions I am currently suffering that I mentioned on the caption previous (I won't put you thru it again BUT I would like to point out in the said caption I USED punctuation so nobody passed out DON"T get spoilt by it and expect it ALL the time cos my brain works faster then my fingers and they have a hard enuf time catching up wif out having to worry about commas and stuff)But I will try to remember cos I like yas all SO much - REALLY - HUGS
Dita999 > 31st March 2008 ~ This was taken yesterday arvo from my front yard so we'll call it Viccy Point at Sunset there were so many nice shapes and colours in the sky that I missed but this one had the best colour hope you enjoy it as much as I did
