Gosh what do you write in these things I can talk under wet cement yes BUT about myself NOOOO So I guess I will do the basics 29...Australian... I have my first big girl camera having just upgraded from my trusty old Panasonic Lumix point and shoot to a CANON dSLR REBEL KISS 350 which I am totally clueless with at the moment I had only just mastered the point and shoot when I upgraded so bear with me and my photos anything taken pre June 2008 is with my old P&S anything after Canon
I am a member of the Daily Community which is a FINE community indeed full of GREAT photographers who are also very supportive and willing to share there knowledge and ideas so you shoukd check out some of the FANTASTIC photos in that community - All my pictures are Property of ME That would be Miss Jacinda T McClelland. If you have any questions (I am probably the wrong person to ask) BUT I will try point you in the right direction of someone who does :) Or if you have any Ideas of advice of constructive criticism that you think might be helpful Please email me I am always grateful for any help Cheers

Monday 14th April 2008 ~ This afternoon we had a storm right on sunset these are the clouds on sunset - just as the moon first became visable just seconds before for the evening - the sky was pink red purple and brilliant orange I got some great pics which I plan on adding a few pics to my home album I will add the link when its done so you can see the amazing beauty I saw this afternoon right from my drive way :)

Thursday 17th July 2008 ~ Mum's Gerbra's are out sorry about the bug but I didn't really notice him til I uploaded then I said to myself "self... you are not going back out there in cold and drizzle on account of a widdle bug" so the bug stays .... Well Daniel is asleep YAY 4 me he has 2 new teeth making him the proud owner of 10 and there mates are on there way thru too on account of these teeth we had to upgrade to a big boy toothbrush he had a baby one which is like a latex glove finger with a brush on it but that of course ment the finger that was in the brush went into the mouth and we all know what happened then now we only argue over who gets to hold the new tooth brush and since I am 5 ft taller and the Mum I win (hey I gotta take wins were I can get them these days he has a strong little personality) Anyway I am not sure how bugs and gerbras became toothbrushes and toddler battles But it did so I will say bye before I get further of track hope you like Mums gerbras as much as me see you t'morra ((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))

Saturaday August 2nd 2008 ~ What is it with me and bugs lately although this is more a bee than a bug I am getting dragged down the coast (kicking and screaming I might add) So I raced outside to get a pick before I left and came across this busy lil guy I say busybecause as you can see the sacks on his legs were FULL to the brim just about wieghing the poor little guy down (you know I like to be meladramatic lol) Anyways I know its not my best but it was a rush job and we all know about fotos and rush jobs not mixing anyway today I will be short and sweet (yes Smarty Pants it IS possible LOL);-) cos My Aunty and Uncle just got back from Alaska Lucky so-and so's (not that I am jealous...MUCH) and we have to go look at the photos and have a family get together well on the bright side (cos I am a cup half full kinda girl)I will get LOTS of photos to show you guys anyway as I was saying Short and sweet.....RIGHT? Thursday Dec 18th 2008 ~ See this little treasure (said absolutely DRIPPING with Sarcasm) this is how I found him after I left him alone for 2 minutes to go to the toilet and when he saw me coming he tried to hide what he had done by lying face first flat on top of it - In the 2 minutes I was gone something good must have come on T.V at some stage because apart from this giant mess there were little while floury foot prints from the disaster area to the T.V and back again and then of course while I am trying to clean the mess up he keeps lying flat out in any pile I managed to sweep up so in the end I called Joel my little brother (17) to help because it was 6am after all and all sane people are in bed NOT up arguing with a toddler about flour and how you really shouldn't throw it every where and please stop putting handfuls of it in your hair anyway it was decided that Joel would sweep while I bathed Daniel - Bathing was a BAD idea I should have showered or HOSED (joke) or something because the flour became big GLUEY clumps in his hair & ears lucky me and after I finally manage to clean the toddler I come out to find my "helpful brother" did a teenage boys job cleaning up in fact he didn't even empty out the little he bothered to sweep in the dustpan and his entire effort (although I am not so sure any was made) didn't look much different to the mess that was there before the bath - So Teenage boys or toddlers I am yet to work out who is the most frustrating

31st July 2008 ~ Geez this year is going fast a;lthough I gotta say on that note that I have noticed the older(God Forbid) that I have gotten the quicker my years seem to go is that the same for you guys or is it just me ??? Anyway you well be happy to know I survived our freezing night (not one to state the obvious ... But I will lol) and not only did I survive it I didn't wake up encased in a block of ice which I thought was a certainty I don't know how you guys from snowy places do it and for months on end...You have my utmost respect ...I took this yesterday in the garden (cos cold sook here hasn't ventured out for a coupla days it took some "self scolding" justto get me out into the garden
)Amnyway I snapped away at several different flowers then I found this guy and took about 20 pics of him cos you could actually see him feeding of the flower(at least I think that is what he was doing) his little legs were going even his stinger was contracting I was pretty cool to watch (and photograph) Anyway I hope you like him I am not sure if he is a bee or a wasp or some other kind of bitey (he looks a little skinny for a bee I thought) but I just know one of you guys will know (thanx) anyway I HAVE to venture out to day absoloutly no choice and will be doing so completely against my own will and good sense so I will catch up with your galleries tonight til tommorra ((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))) the big squeezy variety

Wednesday 21st May 2008 ~ Another Day Another driveway sunset only this is facing a different direction to usual (down the street) Have you ever noticed the sunsets are different in the cooler half of the year to the warmer half i think they are subtler maybe? So obviously I didn't go anywhere today Daniel has me prisoner NO thats not even true I am 5 feet taller than him so I have the advantage of being able to pick him up and dump him in the pram BUT in saying that the mood he jhas been in lately I think twice before long shopping trips or any outing that exceeds an hour (thats how long I can get away with before he gets over being in the pram and wants to argue about not being allowed out to crawl all over the floor) Sleeping has slowly been improving night by night Cling and Whinge - WORSE the only reason I am able to EVEN type this while he is awake is because RAGGS is on and he loves the music on it and the brightly coloured dogs singing it ....Anything for peace :) Anyway I have had my daily vent although I MAY be back later cos I am still a day behind to play catch up (a game I seem to be permenantly playing in all avenues of life lately (((((((HUGS))))))))

Saturday May 31st 2008 ~ Well 13 days til Daniel turns 1 (1 year in and I have SURVIVED...barely)Okay so I haven't been around NOT for lack of missing you all BUT lack of camera - still at Canon BUT I do have a little news just to prove motherhood has certainly rendered me certifiably INSANE I am starting the process of endless paperwork and training to foster kids MYSELF I will still help Rails with hers infact we were thinking of having a playgroup twice a week as well as our normal visits .... I have had minimal sleep (seems to be the standard of late-THANKYOU DANIEL)so I have another case of brainmush (am starting to wonder if its permanent - lol) so I won't give you one of my rambling captuions BECAUSE apart from the brainmush I have worked out how to use Mumma's camera which means tommorrow I can take some pics which means YUP you guessed it I can FINALLY play some catch up WHICH MEANS ...... UH HUH THATS RIGHT more rambling captions (and more than likely more than one) so I shall give you fairwarning to prepare yourselves and we will meet here tomorrow okay til than I shall try cure my brain mush HUGS ----- Oh yeah the photo right - its taken this morning at Raby Bay (where the rich folk live in Cleveland) on one of the canals they all have jetties in there backyards oh what a life Well see ya's tommorrow I will try catch up with all your galleries tommorrow too

3rd May 2008 ~ I have been up since 3am with Daniel teething so I have brainmush But I'll Live thank you All for being so patient with me and letting me catch up on my posts etc I REALLY DO appreciate it Thank you ALL ... Mum and I have been admiring this flower Farm 6 mins from home for ages but we NEVER go and photograph it til today OBVIOUSLY Mum let me use her old camera which she said I could buy of her for a ridiculously LOW price considering it is only 16months old BUT she does have a very flash new one ANYWAY so I thought I would try it out today see how I like it before I commit to buying it cos (single Mum you all know whats its like and we all love a rather expensive hobby) although at the same time as expensive as the equiptment is once you have it and if you look after it you really don't need to buy it again except by choice (thats how I justify spending the money anyway LOL) anyway I better not carry on its not safe writting captions when I have brain mush

27th March 2008 ~ I cheated today I took this a month or so ago But my good friend got 4 new foster kids today 3 of which are in nappies needless to say she needed a little help so I am putting in an oldie This is a water dragon they are everywhere around here they like the rocks around water features in parks when they aren't in there own habitat and they are unusually bold as far as lizards go they will sit and let you take photos or what ever you are doing as opposed to the usual scurrying of you get from lizards although these guys are a lot bigger than your averavge lizard at around the 40cm (body length - not tail)mark

Thursday June 5th 2008 ~ Ok I have a good excuse besides the fact I am cameraless see this sad face :( that is a self portrait of me without a camera My excuse is we got 100ml of rain in 4 days 50 something of those ml we got in one day so since Friday last week this photo and the last one I posted have been the only photos I have had a chance to take and they were taken on the same day on a break in the rain if you can picture this Mumsy and me pull up at the canal decide we don't have the time in the rain break to pull out the pram so Mum carries camera and I carry Daniel thru what I thought was some wet grass I was WRONG It was more MUD than grass I nearly ended up on my BUTT more than once because it was the slippery variety anyway we get to here and I think I got to take 4 photos in rather quick succession while Daniel was wriggling Furiously in Grandma's arms trying with ALL his might to get on the ground and the before mentioned MUD (not gunna happen kid LOL)and it starts to rain again rather suddenly so Mum and I and the camera and the wriggly child have to get across all the slippery to the mud in this rather cold rain I am wearing rather soggy not to mention inappropriate shoes fpr the task and again nearly went over every step I took (hence the fact Mum gave me the baby back and she carried the camera she wasn't risking the camera to me lol) anyway I don't know how but I made it to the car in one piece and if that wasn't enuf of an effort when we got there Mum turns to me and say we have to go get her a daily now - WHAT!!!!! so now that you know how hard I have tried to get a daily - You know I have not given up - But you will have to excuse me if I post a few oldies over the next few days and excuse the crookered (is that how you spell it?) photo but it didn't matter which way we straightened it it looked queer so we left it as it was After all I went thru to get this pic and its UNSTRAIGHTENABLE oh well such is life HUGS

14th June 2008 ~ It was Daniels 1st Birthday yesterday BUT he had a playdate/party today he also ate his first piece of watermelon today he was as pleased with that as he was with the whole party he liked it so much he wouldn't give it back when he ran out of the pink stuff and wanted to eat the green as well and there was no convincing him other wise even when I got him another piece he stuill hung on to the old piece for dear life - Well I had to borrow my old camera to take these photos BUT Guess what!?! Betcha Can't ???? My NEW Camera will be back THIS week and I can rejoin the Dailies and return to giving you all a daily caption headache Betcha Can't wait.... Well I know I can't - I might post a few more pics from his party for you all well just as much for me cos I really enjoy the whole DP deal and let me tell you I didn't realise just how much til I was cameraless (thank you Canon- said dripping with sarcasm) and couldn't do it So anyway this week I will be BACK ....YAY 4 ME (insert little victory dance here) anyway since I party photos to post I might be able to get thru til it arrives I know I will try Anyways It is SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD to be back HUGS ((((((())))))

Wednesday 8th October 2008 ~ Okay I am not on a bug Craze I swear todays shot just panned out that way I was doing some babysitting for a friend and I did some dishes while I was there and took the rubbish out anyway as I was coming out the door I found this little extra terrestrial and I thought "cool" but for sure it still won't be there when I get back from the bin and it was then I think "There is no way that it will be there by the time I go get my camera and come back since I've had a broken foot I can't exactly HURRY any where even when I want to in fact when I try to go fast it slows me down cos it hurts :-( anyway of track .... So I hobbled to the other end of my friends house where I had my camera out of reach of little fingers and hobbled back and while I was on the walk/limp I decided that if he was stll there when I go back and didn't hop of the second I tried to take his picture he would be my daily photo and lo and behold I get back (and the whole trip took me a few minutes)and he's right where I left him and not only that he was a very co-operative little subject he let me shoot him at all different angles even a few camera in the face shots in fact he was so good I had trouble choosing which one to share with you guys cos he had such an excellent little face but his full length shots where cool too so when you can't decide go to Mumma So this one was Mum's choice Hope you like him as much as I did see you all tomorrow (((((((((((HUGS)))))))))

August 6th 2008 ~ I haven't done a thing to this at all (obviously) but I really wanted to get back to posting - As you can see we aren't a top notch walker yet (notics the mark under his eyes - like you can miss it) When we went down the coast we stayed at my cousins the night anyway she has one of them yappy little rat sized dogs Daniel was terrified of it which makes no sense because he LOVES our dfog Maggie who is a GREAT BIG licking lovaeable husky (whi tries to love him to death MOST days) and steals his biccies on a regular basis (he still hasn't learnt when we go outside not to visit with Maggie til he's finished eating) ANYWAY Ralph(rat-sized dog) has the run of the house there everytime he went to close to Daniel Daniel would let out a horrified cry and run (did I mention we still haven't mastered running)anyway Daniel was exploring the pots and pans draw when Ralph ventured into the kitchen and he reacted so quick he jammed his fingers in the draw - feet got away from under him and face hit draw corner there was a split second of silence then he let us have it with both barrells poor little guy anyway needless to say I felt suffieciently helpless and maybe a little guilty for laughing at him earlier when he had been running from him it had just seemed silly that he was sop scared of teeny tiny Ralph and not biccy stealing Daniel knocking face licking Maggie - Go figure that one - Anyway I am posting again today playing a little catch up (YaY 4 me) til then ((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))) I am going to play catch up with your comments during Daniels sleep so if I haven't made it to you yet I am Coming

Monday July 28th 2008 ~ We'll call this one (ready sing) .... Nobody Loves me EVERYBODY hates me think i'll eat some rocks (fortunately no worms were harmed in the making of this photo...I can't garuntee the safety of the rocks cos all that goes in Daniel's mouth does so at its own risk) NOW see tghis gvery COOL red shirt he has on it says on the front (I know i should have got it in the pic but you know what they say about working with kids and animals)as I was saying it says Cleveland ROCKS not as in Cleveland 5 mins down the road from me Cleveland OHIO Yup this was a gift from his cousins Michael and Johnny and all those WONDERFUL Murtinnis you see in the pages of irishmurr (Those poor people I just CLAIMED ...Luckily they are completely LOVELY and don't seem to mind the unorthadox adoption :)) And believe me when I say Daniel and I couldn't be more honoured and touched with the kindness and support given to us from them inparticularly Irishmurr herself and Johnny and Michael and there AMAZING Mum who despite the miles have beeen able to be there for me I guess it just shows what this community can offer when it is used properly and respectfully anyways I shall get of my soapbox This is Daniel with the strops cos he got told No and having a sulk in the garden with his rocks (in his VERY COOL shirt)

Monday 17th November 2008 ~ I thought I'd do my do my big comeback with a Daniel shot (this one is especially for his Maimeo) So where to start when you have been AWOL for as long as me ... Well guess the safest is to stick with the photo subject (and you know me I'm a safety-first kinda girl -cough cough)So Daniel - My baby's not a baby anymore - particularly if you ask him He's a whirl wind of energy (a giggling whirl-wind) He is becoming fiercely independent and has absolutely no patience for my help because what would I know I am merely the fun police in his eyes He's amazing to watch he is exploring everything (which is a kind way of saying he's into ABSOLOUTLY everything and is driving me nothing short of crazy) I can put all his toys out on his play mat and he'll walk straight to the pots and pans cupboard and play in there I found him putting his alphabet fridge magnets in the grill the other day with an egg flip obviously he was cooking them - Luckily This time I knew about it before I turned on the grill and cooked them for real - We no longer cry when we wake up from our nap we just stand and yell - Hey ...HEY!!!and if that doesn't work MUMMY which is said like two words -Mum ME and he likes to play chasey for EVERYTHING nappy changes getting dressed getting undressed having a bath coming inside absolutely EVERYTHING he could probably run a lot faster if he didn't giggle so much when he was running away same for hiding (yes he has also discovered the joy of hiding from Mum) Cept he's not to hard to find u just follow the giggles Anyway speak of the devil He's just woken up (I can hear HEY!) and I can't use the computer when he's up these days he climbs into my lap under the pretence of cuddles but what he really wants is to press the flashing light button - That also happens to be the POWER button - Don't even get me started on how many emails - assignments etc I have lost to that little exercise so I shall go and see you all tomorrow no doubt I will be a little less sane but I guess thems the breaks of having a toddler (Gotta Love the little bugger) Til then HUGS *((((((((((((((___)))))))))))))

Thursday 20th November 2008 ~ I can't stay and write much because we are having yet another severe storm the forth in as many days in fact South East Queensland's in a state of emergency - But we here in this house are fine .... Tired ...But fine (Daniel gets scared of the thunder in the early hours of the morning - Lucky me) Oh I got the fright of my life yesterday I was bringing in the Wheelie bin and moved over the recycling bin to make room for it as I move it I hear a really LOUD hissing and look down to see what I thought was a really BIG brown snakes head just at that exact moment I hear Daniel going "OOOOOOOH" the noise he makes when he sees something he thinks will be fun and what I think is a BIG brown snake is between me and Daniel because he ducked between the bin when I moved them so he is outta my reach so I think how am I going to do this (while my heart is in my chest and I am effectively freaked) just as I am about to climb over the bins which are chest high and believe me when I say that it would have been a sight nobody needed burned into there retina I look at my GIANT BROWN SNAKE only to notice he has a great big fat blue tongue so I peep over the bin and get a view of the WHOLE body not just the head and it had legs my Giant Brown Snake was I big fat Blue tongue lizard that was hissing in fear....So after composing myself and having a bit of a giggle at myself I realise why am I standing here go get your camera Dufus of course by the time i did my new friend was gone hence the fact this is a sunset I took at Coochiemudlo Island on the weekend and not a blue tongue lizard incognito as a brown snake See Ya tomorrow (((((((((HUGS)))))))P.S Just call me Mumma Bird Pee Wee is still with us

Friday 16th May 2008 ~ Another day spent with the foster kids and How busy were we :) Good busy But Daniels sleeping although it has improved a LITTLE (and Little is being more then generous Little sleep is probably more the truth) I decided last night that if he was a tribal indian his name would be Little Sleep - Whinge Much,anyway enough of my problems I am pretty sure you don't wanna here about them :) This is a hibiscus thry come in EVERY colour and grow on trees some of them are as big as dinner plates (no exaggeratiom):) WELL til tomorrow ((((HUGS))))

Saturday July 19th 2008 ~ Okay I have played catch up (again ...lol...well you guys know me and catch up) But since they are just 2 pics of the same place only different I am only doing one caption Since Mum told on me in her Daily about these photos "supposeing" too have a moon in them I better tell you WHY that is my fault and what she is talking about Yesterday we had another beautiful sunset like this except it was better it had the BIGGEST SILVEREST moon you ever saw in your life in it perfect for picture taking and I may or may not have (depending on whose version of events you want to believe) Buggerized around so long we mossed the whole sunset complete with moon I know it just doesn't sound like me at all (I didn't think so either LOL)anyway That is the ALLEGED reason you have moonless sunsets See you to'morra Hope you like my 2 pics((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))) BTW I know I said at the begining of this caption I wasn't going to write two Well turns out I had a lot more to tell you guys then I thought so I some how managed a second caption (i know that doesn't surprise you people you all know I can talk under wet cement ) well See Yas tomorrow (again (((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))(Again()

Sunday August 10th 2008 ~ I write this while having a battle of the wills with Daniel (who said I couldn't multi-task) The battle of wills if your interested is over his afternoon sleep now usually we don't have any trouble at sleep time let alone an argument but every couple of weeks he will try it on and today just happens to be one of those days - I respect that he tries it means he's doing his job but at the same time I think why do you bother you haven't won yet little guy and today isn't going to be any different (yes I know I am a big meanie) but he is too little not to have a sleep and my sanity is on tenterhooks enough for him not to either (lol) ... Poor little guy I suppose I should mention the pic hey Well you know me and Mum another day another boat pic this one was taken down the near the jetty (@ Victoria Point) Mum Daniel and I go down if there is enough light left by the time Mum gets back from work (more often then not there isn't its getting dark really early here at the moment) which is some of the reason we haven't been posting much its just to dark to early which kinda just leaves weekends anyway we are actually going to Wellington Point to get a daily today if Daniel EVER has this sleep so see yas tomorrow HUGS (((((((((((((((((())))))))))))))))PS I am using spell check now can ya tell :)

Rained Buckets today abso;outely poured so I went out to the garden and got one of Mum (hippyfromoz) roses complete with raindrops The photo really does no justice to the simple beauty that is a rose the glistening rain drops on the petals I hope you enjoy it as much as I did ..... NOVEMBER 25TH 2008 ~ (One month til Christmas ...Where has the year gone) Well this is the SECOND time I have had to write this caption I wrote a short novel before and BANG as I was saving it SmugMug became "temporarily unavailable" and lost the lot OH WOE is me ....Anyway as you will recall from my last caption (not the one I lost) Daniel was Baptised on Sunday all went well EXCEPT for the fact he decided that that would be a good day to get gastric and that that would be a good night the night before to go to bed real late then wake up for the day at 3;45am not have a nap before church so of course by the time the ceremony started he was tired cranky and wanted a sleep which wasn't going to happen til we got out 45mins later - The only time he didn't complain was when they were pouring the water over his head - That he liked- Poor little guy passed out in the car like IMMEDIATELY on the drive to Hinterland Regional Park which unfortunately was only 5 Min's down the road and of course Daniel can smell a Party so as soon as we got there he was awake and running around like a mad person who has been confined for many years and this was his first time outside EVER ....KIDS - Hmmph.... Anyway it was a good day - Even if I did loose a little of my sanity that I will never get back...Anyway this Pic was taken with Mummy's NEW lens she'd bought 2 in as many months and the LUCKY me they fit my Camera too Even Luckier me My Mummy is a good sharer :) ...So anyway Til Tomorrow (((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))

Catch up photo for FRIDAY 18th July 2008 ~ I didn't post on Friday cos I had to take my nephew to the airport which on public transport (which was the way that I did it) took 6 hours and by about the 3rd of those 6 Daniel got kinda tired and cranky and sick of his pram although I gotta admit he was pretty much an angel for 5 hours and 10 of the min all except for 50 minutes after we left the airport where he didn't cry HE screamed for the whole 50 mins (needless to say everyone who was in the same carraige as us it sucked to be them) not as much as it sucked to be me BUT once he got it out of his system (even tho it took 50 WHOLE minutes for that to happen)he went right back to being a sweetie and when we stopped at Grandma's (mum"s)work he was thrilled he sticky beaked thru her office looking uin files draws even knocked he offline once during his explorations but he was so pleased to see his NAN'MA (thats how he says grandma) thru the day and then we had lunch with Grandma which he completely stuffed himself with he was so worn out when we left we only had to walk 3 mins to the busstop that he was fast asleep before we got there and the rest of the trip home (about an hour) he was conked out in him pram snoring (sooo funny) anyway needless to say I was way to buggered to post so hence the catch up today (((((((((((((HUGS)))))))))))))

Wednesday 14th May 2008 ~ Well I took this on Tuesday I think I was babysitting the foster kids this morning and then stayed on the help with them in the afternoon so we had been there sice 7 am and Daniel did another "Sleep? Who needs that - Sleep is for babies" kind of night and dispite the fact he's barely 70cm tall he's not a baby just ask him ..... I contemplated selling him on ebay but changed my mind when I realised I'd probably have to pay someone to take him (I am kidding I wouldn't swap the little toad for quids) Anyways I am going to go do some motherly duties (yay 4 me - dripping with sarcasm) I will try come catch up with your pics HUGS

I guess you are all waiting for a lengthy garbled caption - not to be - sorry !! Jacinda is away for a week and she asked me (her Mum) to post some photos for her. I looked through the many beautiful photos she captured on our recent trip to Coochiemudlo Island and came across this one. I have no idea what it is !!! I certainly didn't notice it while I was there - she has a keen photographic eye !! I did think that it was so different that it deserved a spot in her Dailies.
I thought it looked like a little dog's face in the thumb ??

Monday 12th May 2008 ~ This is the flowers of the tree on the footpath they are bigger than your fist and grow in bunches all over the tree and bottom right hand cprner see those seeds the messy buggers drop them everywhere I have to add todays photo (13th) but I haven't taken it yet and Mumsy and I decided this arvo we are going to take some photos wish me LUCK I will need it HUGS :)

Tuesday October 7th 2008 ~ Well it been awhile between pics but as most of you know I have been unwell and as a few of you know I now also have a broken foot "How did you do that ???" Ihear you ask while thinking "Jeez Jacinda has some C&@P Luck" anyway back to the broken footI was at a party to say Goodbye to two of Rail's foster kids so there were about 15 children there including Daniel all foster kids except for Daniel (that piece of information will make sense later in the story) anyway I was taking photos (naturally) and I was crouched down on the balls of my feet (all the kids were under 5 so there was a lot of crouching involved) anyway as I was saying crouched on the balls of my feet taking a photo of one of the kids at that very moment 5 kids decided that it would be an ideal time to jump on my back needless to say I felt my foot CRUMBLE but because of them being foster kids you can't react by screaming or shouting so I had to suck it up and go "Hey kids thats lots of fun but Cinda needs you to hop of here back right now" (Meanwhile my head is screaming a thousand really BAD obsenity's)and as you know it is hard to get a bunch of excited kids to do anything especially when they think that what they are doing is hilarious longstory short it took me several minutes (each more painful than the last)to remove said childen from back and to then hobble inside so I could FINALLY swear out loud anyway That is the story of the foot break apparently for it to get better one must keep of it (obviously who ever came up with that little gem of information didn't have an active toodler at home ... a toddler who has taken to sitting stepping and occasionally (during a tantrum) kicking the sore foot) anyway the high side to that is while my foot is broken he is going to kindy (daycare) 2 days a week YAY 4 ME (insert victory dance here) Kidding I really do miss him when he's not here ...sort off anyway til tommorrow HUGS ((((((((())))))))) And big thanks for all the emails and thought that have been sent my way you know who you are :)

Tuesday 6th 2008 ~ I have been having bad photo fever evrything I touch turnes to noise I could possibly have an affliction commonly known as camera shake WOE IS ME .....(dramataic sigh with hand dramaticly draped over forehead) .... Well its not that bad BUT i do enjoy the theatrics - lol ....Every picture I have taken this week and there have been a few hundred you couyldn't make me post with a gun to my head and threats of violence ...I understand BAD photo DAYS but bad photo weeks I have to say It sucks to be me this week - This is one of Mumma roses by the front door HUGS

~ Ok I have officially played catch up (YAY 4 ME!!!!) But I am NOT writing 3 whole captions even that is beyond me plus I have dishes and ironing to do (I do the majority of my work at night when Daniel is asleep for obvious reasons) ANYWAY we that would be Mumsy and me went for our drive to take photos and look what I found A YAK well I think that is what it is it looks like a yak or maybe its just a really hairy cow...No I am certain its a yak although I have NEVER seen one before but we stopped where we go see the camels there he was - Anyway before I found my YAK (I am rather excited about the whole YAK thing ... Can ya tell I wanted to get closer but didn't think I should jump the fence) There I go getting of track again But before I found him we went to the cable skiing park thats water skiing - boarding holding on to giant cables that take you around the lake over jumps ALL VERY EXCITING well it seemed to be and there where HEAPS of people doing it for winter and it was COLD and grey BUT they didn't seem to mind so that is what my next two pics are of anyway I HAVE to add before I sign of with my usual hugs irishmurr sent me the most GORGOUS photo ever of Johnny Michael and Daniel (the 3 Murtinni cousins isn't that the sweetest) you can see it in her July album take a look it is the CUTEST photo ever they are the 3 most handsome guys ever :) So take a peek HUGS (((((((((((((_)))))))))))))

Thursady 8th May 2008 ~ I actually took this Friday the 9th BUT I wanted to catch up speaking of which I am TRYING REALLY HARD to catch up with your gallerys BUT you won't even believe me if I tell you ....Cos I nearly can't believe it myself - Daniel Has FLU AGAIN HOW? IS THIS POSSIBLE? obviously it is cos it has happened Rail's foster kids are sick to BUT they have his gastro from last time I THINK it is because it is SOOOOOOOOOOOO COLD here at the moment I DREAD to think of what Winter is going to be like if Autumn is this cold its LOVELY thru the day its just the mornings and nights (only 2/3rds of the time then) that are FREEZING and because Daniel is crawling and always on the floor and we have hard floors which are very cold I think he gets a chill or maybe his immunity is just crap (Can I say that SORRY if I can't I don't want to offend anyone) anyway 6weeks of sick baby is starting to wear me but THANK YOU all for being so patient and supportive of Me and my photos BIG SQUEEZY HUGS FOR U ALL :)

17th March 2008 ~ St Patricks Day ..Mumma's B'day ... On the way home from Binna Burra we went thru the quaint little town of Beechmont (it's like a step back in time and as perfectly picturesque as is possible) Even these cows were pretty we found them by a Motel (serious) and they were the most amazing colours with sparkling apple sized eyes And they seemed to have character ....a little personality because they were watching us and seemed to register to different things that were happing Anyway I have raved on madly for long enough til tommorrow's DP ...cow chewing cud

April 1st 2008 ~ APRIL FOOLS DAY ~ Well appropriate or not (being all fools day) Daniel & I spent the entire day at my friend's place with the 4 foster children in nappies I got there at 8am and am just getting home now at 9pm slightly less sane with a bad case of brain mush (am having trouble thinking straight) I am either the biggest fool of the day or a candidate for comitment to the nearest asylum (as is my friend who is obviously crazier than me she is keeping them lol) Well I am not sure what this flower is but if anyone can tell me I would be greatly appreciated I didn't get a chane to take many pics today and the ones I did have children in them that are not mine so I can not post so tghis is one I took at our ancestrial home in Murwillumbah which I am happy to say is still lived in by a family member thats a whole other subject for another day since I have cheated 2 times I hereby swear for at least the next month I will post a photo I took on the day unless I am dying dead or commited to earlier mentioned asylum There you have it in writing NO more cheating from me for quite some time... Saturday 17th May 2008 ~ New Day same issues although he was better again last night we are leaving before 7am to do a day with the foster kids ao today I will be short and sweet and leave the epic saga for tomorrow _ I used to have these in my side garden I bought them cos the name of the flower is spelt very similarly to ASYLUM which is were I feel I belong somethimes hence the connection So I really love these litte guys they spread like rabbits anyway shall fill you in on all the goss tomorrow cos its after 10 I got ironong mopping aned a shower to do (I got $50 that says Daniel doesn't sleep thru) I know Yee of little faith ....Anyway I gotta leave home by 6;30am and to the foster kid thing and we have a few tempoary extras tomorrow so big day which we ALL know I am bound to tell you about :) You poor people how did you's get stuck with me

Tuesday 8th July ~ I have to add 2 today cos I am already behind one day back and already playing catch up nice to know I am at least consistant THIS IS SOOC NOT because I think its a good photo I don't BUT because this is the FIRST TIME i have ever set my camera COMPLETELY MANUALLY like no help from the camera (alright a little help from Mumsy ...not much tho) so I wanted to put it in as it came out so you guys can tell me what you think of my first attempt at exposure is that what its called I am techniqually challenged as well all know so correct me if I am wrong - So be honest tell me what ya'll think (I can take it I swear I won't do any sulking should you be brutal) anyway I have to go see to Daniel and then Decide what to post for todays DP (((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))))))))))

Monday July 14th 2008 ~ This little lady was in the same pen as my "YAK" That wasn't a Yak at all it turns out ...who knew...well Johnloguk Dedman just to name a few thanks to those kind enuf to let me have my yak and thanks to John who emailed me a photo of a real yak so I now know that I wasn't even close anyways good thing I don't shame easy or at all really Anywqay enuf yak - hairy cow conversation this little lady was very tame and curious When I got there she was being patted by a young guy But when she saw I was holding a camera she thought I was more fun and came over for closer inspection and she was kind like a cat in the way you know how they arrange the heads under your hands so before you know it you are stroking them well after smelling the camera and getting aquainted she put her head right where my hand was and moved it till she was being patted clever little thing she was Well I thought so HUGS TO ALL see you tomorrow

April 2nd 2008 ~ Introducing "MAGGIE" she is my other baby who I absoloutly adore ... She is one of my 4 favorite people thats right Maggie thinks she's people She's right up there with Daniel Mum and Joel who is my 16 year old lil brother.... Daniel loves her just as much he always keeps one eye on her thru the sliding glass door and tries his very best to grab hold of her when I take him out to visit with her and I have to say she is very careful around him she never jumps up like normal if I have Daniel in my arms and she never nips when he has grabbed hand fulls of her fur she is a magic part of our family and even though I swear at her every now and then I wouldn't want to see her go (BTW she's a husky cross with a kelpie when she's not being people)
